Shipping policy
Please note, clients will need to select their desired UPS delivery speed. Kirna Zabête will ship orders according to the shipping selection made by the client. For purchases made afterUPS' ground shipping deadline, clients will need to select the appropriate expedited delivery method to receive their order in time for the holiday.
We partner withUPS to ship domestically and DHL to ship internationally to over 200 countries worldwide! Shipping rates, duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Orders typically take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
Orders placed direct on Facebook or Instagram will be processed within 48 hours. If a style can't be located, it could take up to 72 hours to ship or subsequently cancel. Shipping speeds are based on level of service chosen at checkout. Note that our shipping notification email is sometimes delayed, but your item should shipped within the window stated above. Please reach out to customercare@kirnazabete.com with any concerns regarding your shipment.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping on domestic orders. Additionally, any costs related to returning the item if approved will be the customers responsibility including duties and taxes.
