Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Please note, clients will need to select their desired UPS delivery speed. Kirna Zabête will ship orders according to the shipping selection made by the client. For purchases made after UPS' ground shipping deadline, clients will need to select the appropriate expedited delivery method to receive their order in time for the holiday.
We partner with UPS to ship domestically and DHL to ship internationally to over 200 countries worldwide! Shipping rates, duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Orders typically take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
Orders placed direct on Facebook or Instagram will be processed within 48 hours. If a style can't be located, it could take up to 72 hours to ship or subsequently cancel. Shipping speeds are based on level of service chosen at checkout. Note that our shipping notification email is sometimes delayed, but your item should shipped within the window stated above. Please reach out to customercare@kirnazabete.com with any concerns regarding your shipment.
We regret that we are unable to refund shipping on domestic orders. Additionally, any costs related to returning the item if approved will be the customers responsibility including duties and taxes.
RETURN POLICY
Standard Online Policy
All eligible returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will not be processed. Please email customerservice@kirnazabete.com with any concerns and always include your order # in the subject line. Please note there is a $12.99 restocking fee deducted when refunded.
To return your item(s), please email customerservice@kirnazabete.com with your reason for returning and we will then email you a UPS return shipping label. If you received your order in multiple packages, you may send your item(s) back in one box with all packing slips included. You can then drop off your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location.
Please use the original packaging when possible to return the item, or risk the return coming back damaged and unacceptable.
Note that we cannot guarantee returns sent using a shipping method other than the label we provide. For any return questions you may email customerservice@kirnazabete.com
To be eligible for return, items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all KIRNA ZABÊTE and designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back. Note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.
If you need to return an in store pick up order by mail, contact customer service to obtain the shipping label. The amount of the carrier fee will be deducted from the refund.
All correctly returned items will be credited as either a store credit or a refund to the purchaser’s original payment method, excluding the restocking fee costs. Once we have received and accepted your return, you can expect it to be processed within 3-10 business days.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please contact your bank with additional questions.
MASKS, FINE JEWELRY, and SALE items discounted at 60% off or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. If these items are returned, they will be sent back to the customer.
No price adjustments will be provided for items purchased on sale or promotion.
Additionally, repeated returns made by customers will be monitored and your account may be suspended. If you are still deciding whether or not to keep an item please take extra care with the following:
SWIMWEAR: Please try on all swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. All returned merchandise must be in "as-received" condition with tags and panty liners in place. If items are soiled, damaged, worn, used or in other than as received condition, they will be returned to the customer.
BAGS: Please handle light-colored bags with caution as dark clothing and denim can transfer dye to light-colored goods.
SHOES: When trying on shoes, please do not scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the dust bag and undamaged shoebox, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside of the original shipping box in order to prevent damage to the shoe box during shipping.
JEWELRY: Must be returned with tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if the tag is torn or removed. All FINE JEWELRY is final sale.
BOOKS: Must be returned with the protective cover and packaging.
TECHNOLOGY: Must be returned in the original packaging.
COLORS: We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on KIRNA ZABÊTE as accurately as possible.
However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Lastly, all merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If you find a product to be defective, please email customerservice@kirnazabete.com as soon as possible and include the order # in the subject line.
Standard In-Store Policy
Returns for in-store purchases are accepted within 10 days of the original sale for exchange or store credit only, with no cash or credit card refunds. Store credit is valid for 9 years (state-specific exceptions may apply).
Items must be new, unused, and have all original Kirna Zabête and designer tags attached. Kirna Zabête reserves the right to refuse a return if the item appears to be worn and/or does not include the original tags and/or packaging.
Sale Products, Fine Jewelry, Swimwear, Trunk Show Items, Special Orders, and Lingerie are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.
Returns & Adjustments to Holiday Gift Card Promo Events
If you return items from an order that earned a promotional gift card, your refund may be adjusted so the value of the promotional gift card aligns with what you keep.
If you used your promotional gift card and then return the original qualifying purchase, the amount you spent with that gift card will be deducted from your refund, and any remaining promotional balance will be canceled.
If you return an order paid in part with a promotional gift card, the amount paid with the promotional gift card will be refunded as store credit to your Kirna Zabête loyalty account. This credit must be used before February 1, 2026.
